General Shipping Information
We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. We ship from Ireland with An Post and shipping rates will vary from order and delivery destination.
Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 15 working days from dispatch for international deliveries. If an eircode is provided, this is the address that your order will be delivered to. Please ensure your eircode is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong eircode provided. We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur. Vat & duty are always the customer's responsibility.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund, please contact us via contact form. Items returned to our warehouse should be done at your own expense.
Shipping
Estimated shipping costs
- General shipping for Ireland is €7.00, but it's free for orders over €50, and usually takes 1-2 working days.
- General shipping for Great Britain is £8.69 and generally takes 3-5 working days.
- Shipping to the European Union is €15.00, and to the US and Canada is $25.00.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect losses or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.
